FROM the Golden Gate Bridge: Head north on Highway 101. Take the East Washington Street exit in Petaluma. Turn left at the stoplight onto East Washington Street. This road will take you through farmlands and eventually (about 30 minutes) you will come to the town of Valley Ford. Keep going and you will automatically merge onto Highway One which will bring you right into the town of Bodega Bay. The Inn at the Tides is on the right side of the road next to the Texaco gas station.

FROM Sacramento Area: Take Interstate 80 west. Take the San Rafael/San Francisco exit at Vallejo (Highway 37). Follow Hwy 37 to Hwy 101 (Ignacio) exit north onto Hwy 101 to Petaluma and take the East Washington Street exit. Turn left at the stoplight onto East Washington Street. FROM Walnut Creek/Concord: I-680 to I-780 at the interchange go towards Vallejo and Take Highway 37 (West). FROM the East Bay Area: Oakland/Berkeley area take I-580 to the Richmond//San Rafael Bridge to Highway 101 North to Petaluma. Take the East Washington Street exit.
